Roll Ingredients:
3 T. yeast
4 C. warm water
2/3 C. sugar
1/3 C. melted butter
4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
8-10 C. flour
Topping Ingredients:
1 cube melted butter
cinnamon & sugar
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar and let sit for five minutes
Combine yeast mixture with remaining ingredients except flour and beat together
Beat in half the flour, then stir remaining flour in gradually (dough should be slightly sticky)
Let dough rise once then punch it down
Roll out half of the dough in an oblong circle and spread half a cube of melted butter over it
Sprinkle generous amounts of cinnamon and sugar over the buttered dough
Roll dough into a log form and, using dental floss or thread, cut into 1/2" - 3/4" rolls
Place on cookie sheet with rolls not touching each other
Repeat with other half of dough
Let rolls rise for the second time on the cookie sheet
Bake at 350 Degrees F for 13-15 minutes
Top with cream cheese frosting while still hot.
