Blender Banana Bread

Ingredients:

3 bananas
2 eggs
1/2 C. oil or butter melted
2 C. flour
1 3/4 C. sugar
1/2 C. buttermilk*
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

*Substitute for buttermilk: 1/2 C. milk & 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar that has set (combined) for 5 mins.

Directions:

Put wet ingredients in a blender
Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl; mix, and then add to blender
Blend until smooth
Pour into one greased and floured bread pan
Bake at 350 for 60 or more minutes
Serve hot!
Keep bread covered if you want it to remain soft or uncovered if you want it crusty!

Love the buttermilk take on regular banana bread. picture are just awesome. I baked one today - but your recipe makes me try out again!!
