Wonton Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

1 lb. bag of mixed salad or 1 head of lettuce
3 green onions chopped
1/2 pkg. of big wontons; cut in fourths
2 T. chopped slivered almonds
1-2 cooked chicken breasts; chopped

Dressing:

2 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Dash of ground pepper
1/3 C. rice vinegar
2 T. olive oil

Directions:

Fry wontons in a small amount of olive oil that's almost boiling
Flip wontons when they begin to turn gold (less than 30 seconds)
Combine all salad ingredients and top with dressing just before serving
