Cajun-Spiced Cheese Popcorn

Ingredients:

3 1/2 C. unpopped popcorn
1 cube margarine or butter
1 paper grocery bag

1/2 C. oil-based cheese powder*
*(2 packets of cheese from mac & cheese dinner will work)
Season-All - main spice ingredient
Black pepper - to taste
Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning - a little goes a long way
Crushed red pepper - optional for heat!

Directions:

Pop corn and fill paper bag up to the middle fold line
Melt margarine and add crushed red pepper
Add cheese powder to melted margarine - will be clumpy
Shake bag while pouring cheese mixture into it - easier with 2 people
Continue shaking bag as seasonings are added - season to taste
Cook popcorn (with bag) in microwave for 1 minute to degrease
Let cool before serving
