Broccoli Cheese Soup

Ingredients:

2 carrots, shredded
1 stick celery, diced
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
1 pkg. (28 oz.) broccoli
1 jar (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz
1 lb. Velveeta chese, cubed
3 quarts water (may substitue some milk)
6 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 C. flour
1/2 C. butter
Pepper to taste

Directions:

Add bouillon to water, bring to boil, add vegetables
Boil vegetables until tender, about 10 minutes
Add cheese and stir until melted
Add pepper
In separate pan, melt butter, then add flour
Slowly add flour mixture to soup
Simmer for 10-15 minutes stirring frequently
Serve immediately or keep on very low since soup will burn easily
