Meatballs In Mushroom Gravy

Meatball Ingredients:

1 egg; beaten
1/4 C. dry minced onion
1/2 C. instant white rice, uncooked
1 C. quick oats or bread crumbs
1 C. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 grain of allspice
1 lb. ground beef

Sauce Ingredients:

2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 can water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
rosemary, thyme, celery salt, seasoned salt to taste

Directions:

Combine meatball ingredients in order listed above
Cover meatballs with sauce (combined sauce ingredients)
Cover and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours
