Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

1 C. shortening
1 C. sugar
1 C. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 C. quick oats
1 1/2 C. rolled oats

Directions:

Cream shortening and white sugar
Mix in brown sugar
Beat in eggs separately
Mix in remaining ingredients
Form into one inch balls and flatten slightly
Bake at 350 for 6-9 minutes on ungreased baking sheet
